Interpret a range of complex financial and operational charts, such as:

Capacity/throughput charts

Draft clear, objective reasoning questions based on intricate visualizations, requiring multi-step quantitative analysis and deep understanding beyond surface-level observations.

Deliver unambiguous, precise answers accompanied by comprehensive written explanations and explicit analytical steps or calculations in professional English.

Apply accurate financial, economic, and operational terminology, ensuring clarity in units, scales, timeframes, categories, and notation throughout all submissions.

Develop robust tasks targeting graphical reasoning, comparisons, trend analysis, calculations, and interpolation, while avoiding subjective or ambiguous language.

Collaborate remotely with project teams, communicating effectively in both written and verbal formats to incorporate feedback and ensure consistent, reliable contributions.

Consistently produce objectively verifiable tasks that support the development, training, and evaluation of advanced AI models.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum two years’ professional, academic, or research experience interpreting financial market data, risk metrics, or operational performance charts.

Advanced proficiency in interpreting chart features such as axes, units, legends, scales, and annotations across diverse chart types.

Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate analytical processes and quantitative reasoning in both written and spoken English.

Bilingual proficiency in English and ideally a second language relevant to the financial or operational domain.

Experience in technical documentation, financial reporting, process or quality assessment, or structured analytical task creation.

Background in producing data-annotation tasks, benchmark questions, technical reports, or related deliverables for finance, operations, or AI-driven projects.
