[Hiring] Specialist of finance support team @KOSTAL Group

Role Description

Providing support to the finance department of the parent company Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co. KG (HFBK) and other companies of the Kostal Group.

• Verification and optimization of invoice templates and goods receipt certificates within CC in the READSOFT INVOICES program
• Processing of supplier invoices in the SAP system

Qualifications

• Higher education
• Professional PC skills MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Spoken and written technical English skills — B2 level
• Work experience at industrial enterprise and proficiency in SAP
• Responsibility, proactivity, teamwork, resistance to stressful situations
