[Hiring] Senior Treasury Operations Advisor/Expert (Cash Flow Forecasting and Analysis) @Kyivstar

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Operations Advisor/Expert (Cash Flow Forecasting and Analysis) to join the Kyivstar Treasury Operations team, who will be responsible for cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and managing credit agreements.

• Forecasting cash flows and planning short-term and long-term liquidity for the group’s companies
• Analysing working capital indicators and implementing initiatives to improve cash flow management efficiency
• Managing cross-functional projects related to foreign exchange risk hedging and optimization of financial processes
• Analysing and structuring M&A transactions and supporting the integration of companies acquired by the group
• Working with credit agreements including preparing documentation, supporting signing processes, monitoring, and performing financial calculations
• Preparing treasury reports and presentations for management, analysing financial indicators, and supporting corporate reporting

Qualifications

• Have a higher education in Economics, Mathematics, or a technical field
• Have at least 7 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role
• Confidently work with MS Excel and can handle large datasets, use advanced formulas, pivot tables, and analytical tools
• Have experience in financial modelling and working with financial systems or ERP
• Are fluent in English
• Have strong analytical thinking, work independently, and can find solutions to complex problems

Requirements

• Have experience working with Power Query, Power Pivot, or ThinkCell
• Have experience participating in international financial or treasury projects
