Role Description
As a key member of our tax team, you'll help business owners gain clarity and confidence in their finances. You'll also mentor junior staff and build strong client relationships. In this role, you will:

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, and Individuals

Deliver proactive tax planning and strategic advisory services

Review and mentor junior team members on tax return prep

Conduct tax research and ensure compliance with current laws

Perform accounting reviews and journal entries in QuickBooks

Lead virtual advisory meetings to discuss financials, budgets, and forecasts
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of 3 years in a public accounting firm

3+ years of recent public accounting experience and multiple successful tax seasons

Proven ability to prepare and review both individual and business returns

Experience in both tax and accounting (including QuickBooks)

Excellent time management and communication skills in a remote environment

A collaborative mindset and growth-oriented attitude

EA or CPA track (required)
Requirements

Salary: $80,000- $120,000/year (based on experience and performance)
