Role Description

Slick Response Services LTD is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. This role will involve:

• Preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.
• Reviewing and implementing financial policies.
• Maintaining our financial records.
• Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
• Analyzing financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital.
• Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers.
• Utilizing hands-on accounting experience and an in-depth understanding of accounting principles and company practices to carry out complex accounting activities and financial analyses.
• Monitoring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
• Working closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis team on forecasts, budgets, and potential growth strategies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• A CPA certificate or a Master's Degree in Accounting is preferable.
• At least five years of professional experience in a mid to senior-level finance or accounting role.
• Demonstrated competency in financial management and audit readiness.
• Proficiency in tax laws and regulations is necessary.
• Extensive experience with financial software and MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP or a similarly complex ERP system is a bonus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, exceptional analytical skills, and proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis.
• A team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
