[Hiring] Senior Specialist, FP&A @Monks

Role Description

• Work with local business partners and our global finance team to ensure financial health and drive business improvement forward.
• Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across the organization.
• Identify, create, and track key metrics in relation to revenue and use the relevant metrics to drive modeling and analysis.
• Coordinate pipeline analysis/revenue plan/forecast cycle with all key stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to make data simple, accessible, and actionable.
• Provide data on trends and forecasts to senior management.
• Provide ad hoc reports and financial modeling for specific asks and questions raised.
• Produce monthly financial statements, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, account analysis, and month-end activities.
• Fluent English is an essential requirement.
• High energy with the ability to work both independently and with superior business partnering skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data-driven, and reporting skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.
• Ability to navigate, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with various computer systems and large data sets.
• Bachelor’s degree completed in accounting, finance, or related field.
