Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Manager to help shape how Sumsub prices and sells its products across global markets. This role combines pricing strategy, commercial analysis, and hands-on deal support β from pricing new products and evaluating unit economics to structuring complex deals and improving commercial tools.

Develop and refine pricing models based on product costs, usage patterns, unit economics, margins, and market trends.

Structure complex and high-value deals, including pricing, packaging, discounts, payment terms, and negotiation strategy.

Support pricing negotiations with new and existing clients and help build a clear commercial position.

Review non-standard proposals and commercial terms, balancing revenue, profitability, customer value, and risk.

Improve pricing calculators, approval frameworks, internal guidelines, and commercial tools.

Provide practical guidance and training on pricing, product economics, and commercial trade-offs.
Qualifications

4+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, deal desk, business finance, management consulting, or a related area.

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Confidence working with numbers and building financial models in Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong commercial judgement and the ability to find practical solutions when standard approaches are not enough.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to explain and defend your recommendations clearly.

A hands-on, result-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.

Fluency in English.

Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or subscription- or usage-based pricing would be an advantage.
