[Hiring] Senior Manager, Financial Health and Trading Policy @National Council On Problem Gambling

Role Description

This position is fully remote within the United States (with substantial overlap with East Coast business hours) and requires approximately 15–20% travel, including conferences, stakeholder meetings, educational events, and NCPG-sponsored programs.

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of public health, financial services, and consumer protection at a national scale. As Senior Manager, Financial Health and Trading Policy, you will build and lead a first-of-its-kind national program focused on trader health and financial harm prevention. This role is ideal for someone energized by building something new, translating complex policy and financial concepts for diverse audiences, and creating meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, policy, finance, nonprofit management, behavioral health, communications, or a related field
• 5–7 years of professional experience in nonprofit organizations, associations, public health, advocacy, or other mission-driven environments
• Experience managing grant-funded programs, strategic initiatives, partnerships, or multi-stakeholder projects
• Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
