[Hiring] Senior FP&A Solutions Consultant @Limelight Software

Role Description

As a Senior FP&A Consultant, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Project Managers to design and deliver the financial models, templates, and reports our customers depend on. You’ll be more than an implementer—you’ll be a problem-solver, a trusted advisor, and a partner in helping finance teams do their best work. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where your finance knowledge, modeling skills, and knack for clean, intuitive design will shine.

• Design and configure financial models, planning templates, dashboards, and reports that clients actually want to use.
• Collaborate with client finance teams to understand their business model and translate it into scalable solutions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, allocations, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure projects stay on track—managing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Train finance teams, share best practices, and make sure they get value from Limelight.
• Partner with internal teams (Product, Success, Sales) to continuously improve outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, financial consulting, or financial software implementation.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning cycles (budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, reporting).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills—you know how to structure and present numbers that tell a story.
• Familiarity with tools like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Adaptive, Planful, or other FP&A platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior finance leaders.
• A problem-solving mindset—you don’t just deliver what’s asked, you suggest what’s needed.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• CPA, CFA, or PMP certification is a bonus.
