[Hiring] Senior FP&A Manager @Wildix

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to build Wildix’s FP&A function from the ground up. Working directly with the CFO, you will establish the financial models, forecasting and performance-management practices that enable leadership to make informed decisions and drive sustainable growth.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys turning complex business and financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product/R&D, Accounting and Data/BI, while helping shape the processes, reporting and infrastructure that will support Wildix as it scales.

As the function grows, you will have the opportunity to shape its long-term strategy, processes and future team.

What You Will Do

• Own Wildix’s annual budget, rolling forecasts and long-term plan, connecting operational drivers to revenue, profitability and cash-flow.
• Build driver-based ARR and revenue models covering new business, expansion, downsell, churn, pricing, customer and partner activity.
• Develop Wildix’s SaaS performance framework, including retention, unit economics, sales efficiency, Rule of 40 and R&D investments performance.
• Lead monthly financial performance reviews, explain results against budget and forecast, and recommend specific actions to address risks and opportunities.
• Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product/R&D and other business leaders to improve forecasting accuracy, challenge assumptions and support ROI-based investment decisions.
• Evaluate pricing, hiring, market, product and growth investments through scenario analysis, business cases and market, product and customer profitability.
• Prepare concise management, Board and investor reporting that clearly communicates performance, outlook, key drivers and strategic trade-offs.
• Work with Accounting and Data/BI to reconcile KPIs to financial results and build scalable, increasingly automated FP&A processes, systems and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology or another recurring-revenue business.
• Strong track record of building and owning financial models, budgets, rolling forecasts and multi-year plans, with the ability to connect operational drivers to P&L, cash flow and business performance.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription economics, including ARR/MRR, NRR/GRR, churn, expansion, CAC/payback, gross margin and sales efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to challenge assumptions, identify business drivers and turn complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience with financial controls, data reconciliation and KPI governance, particularly across operational, CRM, BI and accounting data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, concise and visually compelling management and Board materials.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and strong data fluency, with experience working across ERP, CRM and BI environments.
• SQL and experience with FP&A/planning platforms are a strong plus.
• A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset and the ability to build new models, processes and capabilities in a fast-evolving international environment.

• Experience in an international, multi-entity and multi-currency SaaS business.
• Experience working in a partner- or channel-led commercial model.
• Experience implementing or significantly improving an FP&A, planning or management-reporting system.
• Exposure to due diligence, fundraising or transaction-readiness activities.

• Competitive Compensation – The total compensation for this role is between €90K and €130K gross per year. The final offer will depend on your skills, experience, and work location.

• Step 1: Initial Screening – A chat with our Talent Team to understand your background, experience, and motivations. (30 mins)
• Step 2: Role-Specific Interview – A deep dive with your manager, Chief Finance Officer, and the Chief Strategy Officer to assess your skills and fit for the role. (60 mins)
• Step 3: Final Interview – A conversation with the founders and investors to ensure alignment with our expectations and company direction. (60 mins)
• Step 4: Final CFO Interview – A final interview with the CFO focused on your overall fit, strategic thinking, business perspective, and alignment with the company’s goals. This stage may also include a practical exercise to assess your ability to apply your expertise to a real-life business scenario. (60 mins)
