Role Description
The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for developing forecasts, preparing financial reports, and utilizing advanced modeling techniques. This role involves collaborating on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing strategic insights, implementing best practices, and leading and mentoring junior analysts. This position is fully remote.

Lead the development and preparation of annual and quarterly forecasts and long-term financial projections and scenario analyses.

Collaborate with department leads to identify key performance indicators and business drivers including ongoing reporting and monitoring.

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to business leaders and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and business opportunities.

Utilize advanced modeling techniques to analyze a wide range of data and financial statements, and turn that data into action, whether that looks like process improvements, best business practices, or other data-backed solutions.

Prepare and present period financial reports to key stakeholders, develop and maintain financial dashboards, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis including continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems.

Use your leadership skills to mentor and train junior FP&A analysts and lead and coordinate FP&A team activities and projects.
Qualifications

Expert-level Excel skills.

SQL experience preferred.

Working knowledge of financial data: forecasting, reporting, and analysis experience, a keen understanding of financial statements and financial data.

Ability to swiftly extract key insights from data.

Proven ability to approach complex problems with curiosity and an analytical mindset.

Adapt quickly, manage competing projects, and challenge the status quo.
Requirements

At least 6 years of experience or education focused on financial planning & analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or Accounting/Finance or related field.

Must be qualified to work in the United States.
