Role Description
The Sr Financial Analyst role operates within Computershare Fund Services (CFS) and works closely with Sales, Client Services, and Strategy, along with other CPU businesses and Shared Services at both a regional and global level. The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key partner to Sr Management within Fund Services providing performance analysis, forecasting and budgeting, and strategic decision support to drive revenue growth, profitability, productivity improvements, and informed decision-making.

Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency, including month-end close activities, budget-to-actual reviews, prior-year comparisons, trend analysis, and preparation of revenue and expense journal entries as required.

Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process in partnership with Global Finance, ensuring accurate financial planning and performance tracking.

Monitor business performance, identify financial risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Support the implementation of global finance and procurement systems, ensuring compliance with financial processes, controls, and reporting requirements.

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and business initiatives.

Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, and strategic projects, and prepare executive-level analyses and presentations to support leadership decisions.

Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Client Services teams to prepare and review client cost estimates, pricing proposals, and customer invoices.

Manage the preparation, calculation, and administration of bi-annual sales incentive programs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or a related finance function.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

Strong presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.

MBA, Master of Science in Finance (MSF), or a related postgraduate qualification is preferred.
