Role Description
Wellbeam Consumer Health is seeking a high‑impact Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to strengthen the connection between Accounting and cross‑functional business partners and to help ensure a timely, accurate month‑end close. The role will also own routine monthly reporting and executive‑ready presentations, while supporting ad hoc analysis that drives decision‑making across the business. Key Responsibilities

Month‑End Close Enablement & Cross‑Functional Communication

Serve as a primary finance liaison to coordinate close inputs, timelines, and deliverables across Accounting and business teams.

Drive clarity on ownership, deadlines, and data readiness to support accurate close outcomes and fewer downstream revisions.

Monthly Reporting & Executive Presentations

Prepare recurring monthly performance reporting (variance analysis, KPI tracking, trends) with clear narratives and takeaways.

Build and maintain leadership/board‑ready presentations that translate results into business implications and actions.

Business Partnership & Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

Support cross‑functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Sales, Product) with ad hoc analysis: ROI, scenario modeling, spend tracking, profitability, and decision support.

Convert complex analysis into concise, actionable recommendations for both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.

Process Improvement & AI‑Enabled Automation

Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve data quality, and shorten cycle times through automation.

Demonstrate curiosity and practical application of AI tools/workflows to enhance analysis, documentation, and repeatable reporting processes.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role.

Advanced Excel skills; strong PowerPoint/slide‑building capability (executive storytelling).

Strong communication skills with the ability to partner cross‑functionally and drive timelines.
Preferred

Experience in a PE‑backed, high‑growth, or scaling environment.

Familiarity with modern finance systems and BI/reporting tools; comfort working with large datasets.

Track record of process improvement and automation.
