[Hiring] Senior Finance Planning & Pigment Analyst @Addepar

Role Description

Addepar is seeking a proactive, analytically minded Senior Finance Planning & System Analyst to drive the modernization, automation, and scalability of our global finance function. In this role, you will play a central part in executing our broader Finance Transformation roadmap.

• Evaluate legacy processes
• Redesign driver-based planning logic
• Standardize financial data architectures
• Optimize cross-functional workflows

A primary focus of this position will be serving as our in-house Pigment Builder. You will act as the bridge between raw financial logic and scalable system architecture.

• Build, configure, and maintain Pigment items (blocks, metrics, transactions, applications, dashboards)
• Streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Design, build, and deploy multidimensional applications in Pigment

The ideal candidate pairs strong FP&A and accounting principles with hands-on systems architecture skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Modeling, or Financial Systems Administration
• Proven hands-on experience building, modeling, and configuring items within Pigment (or equivalent platforms)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and US GAAP principles
• Advanced proficiency in financial formula structures and relational data structures

• Strong focus on data integrity, governance, and auditability
• Enjoys troubleshooting formula logic and optimizing workflows
• Legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based

Benefits

• Base salary + bonus + equity + benefits
• Base Salary Range: $100,000 — $125,000 CAD
