Role Description
The Senior Finance Manager, FP&A Non-Infusion is the product-line finance partner for Texas Oncology’s Ancillary Services. This role supports the Ancillary Service P&Ls including, but not limited to:

Surgery

Radiation/Imaging

Advanced Therapeutics
Responsibilities include:

Financial Planning & Analysis:
-
Support the Ancillary Product-line P&L analytics: forecasting, budgeting, LRP inputs, variance analysis, and driver-based modeling.

Build and maintain driver-based models to support forecasting and long-range plan (LRP) inputs for the Ancillary product lines.

Provide concise narratives that explain results and highlight risks/opportunities; align assumptions with regional finance partners.

KPI Development & Performance Management:

Define and maintain KPIs.
-
Build dashboards and decision-support tools; operationalize KPI reviews across sites and regions.

Establish targets and early-warning indicators; escalate risks/opportunities with recommended actions.

Prepare monthly financial packages, physician practice engagement & performance metrics.

Strategic Insights & Decision Support:

Lead deep-dive analyses on therapeutic/category mix, site-level economics, payor/reimbursement trends, pricing actions, and margin optimization.

Model business cases for new programs, pricing/contract changes, formulary decisions, and footprint expansion; quantify ROI and sensitivity scenarios.

Translate complex analytics into concise, executive-ready recommendations.

Align with physician leadership and regional finance partners on action plans, owners, and timelines; track follow-through.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as a reliable FP&A partner to Operations while collaborating with Region Finance Leaders, Analytics team, & FP&A to localize insights.

Prepare and present materials for executives and other audiences throughout the organization.

Work cross-functionally with Operations, Regional FP&A, Accounting, and the FP&A Director to ensure one consistent view of results and outlook.

Be the voice of finance for non-infusion services.

Continuous Improvement & Tools:
-
Advance a digital/AI-enabled FP&A toolkit to streamline reporting, automate recurring analyses, and improve cycle time and accuracy.

Standardize templates, definitions, and processes to enable comparability across sites/regions.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field).
-
7+ years of progressive finance experience.
-
Experience in FP&A leadership in a multi-site or complex operating environment.
-
Experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Valuations, Controllership, or similar roles.

Demonstrated ability to support senior leaders with timely, accurate financial analysis in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and stakeholders.

Problem-solving, persistent, and results-oriented mindset.

Digital-first approach with interest in leveraging automation and AI to improve processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Requirements

Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MSF or related) and/or CPA preferred.

Experience in healthcare services is preferred.
-
Prior experience in oncology, hospital administration, or similarly complex healthcare environments is advantageous.

Experience in other multi-site healthcare settings (e.g., outpatient surgery, renal care, multi-specialty practices) is highly valued.

Experience providing financial oversight or support to ancillary service lines (e.g. surgery, radiation oncology, imaging, or advanced therapeutics) is strongly preferred.

Experience working with Power BI or visualization of data.
