Role Description
Amplitude is looking for a
Senior Equity Administration Analyst
to help manage our global equity programs and deliver an accurate, seamless, and employee-friendly equity experience.

Support the day-to-day administration of our global equity programs, including restricted stock units (RSUs), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and other equity awards.

Manage key activities across the equity lifecycle while ensuring transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant.

Partner closely with Payroll, Finance, Legal, People, and our equity platform provider.

Serve as a trusted resource for employees, clearly explaining equity programs, transactions, taxes, and key deadlines.

Improve and scale equity processes through automation, stronger controls, documentation, and streamlined workflows.
Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administration of our global equity programs, including grants, vesting, RSU releases, ESPP purchases, employee changes, and terminations.

Coordinate RSU releases, tax withholding, and reporting with Payroll and our equity platform provider across multiple countries.

Administer our ESPP, including enrollment, contributions, purchase cycles, reconciliations, and employee communications.

Maintain accurate equity records, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies across equity, payroll, HR, and financial systems.

Support month-end and quarter-end close, financial reporting, audits, SOX controls, and other compliance requirements.

Partner with Payroll, Legal, People, Finance, and external advisors on global equity, tax, reporting, and regulatory matters.
Qualifications

Hold a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or are actively working toward certification.

Take ownership, work independently, and reliably manage multiple time-sensitive deadlines.

Have strong attention to detail and enjoy investigating discrepancies and solving problems.

Bring a strong controls mindset and understand the importance of accuracy, documentation, and data integrity.

Can translate complex equity concepts into clear, practical explanations for employees.

Look for opportunities to simplify and automate processes rather than simply maintaining the status quo.

Care about delivering a great employee experience while maintaining appropriate controls, compliance, and confidentiality.
Requirements
-
5β7 years of equity administration experience, including hands-on experience supporting a publicly traded company.

Hands-on experience administering RSUs and ESPP, including releases, purchase cycles, employee changes, and terminations.

Experience coordinating equity-related tax withholding and payroll reporting.

Experience supporting global equity programs across multiple countries.

Experience with Fidelityβs equity administration platform or a comparable public-company equity administration system.

Strong Excel and analytical skills, including working with large datasets and performing reconciliations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee and compensation information with discretion.

Ability to work consistently during Pacific business hours and collaborate effectively with teams based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
