[Hiring] Senior Director, Finance IT Enterprise Applications @Blue Yonder

Role Description

The Senior Director, Finance IT Enterprise Applications is a senior technology leadership role responsible for the strategy, transformation, delivery, and operations of the global Finance and Legal enterprise applications portfolio. This leader will oversee end-to-end technology capabilities across core finance processes, including:

• Record-to-Report
• Source-to-Pay
• Asset Accounting
• Payroll
• Accounts Payable
• Order-to-Cash
• Budgeting and Forecasting

The role will lead a global team of engineers, architects, and product owners in delivering scalable, resilient, and intelligent technology solutions, with a strong focus on Workday Financials and related enterprise platforms.

Operating at the intersection of Finance and Enterprise Technology, this leader will partner closely with the CIO and CFO organizations, Controllership, FP&A, Accounting, Procurement, and Legal to align technology investments and delivery priorities with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including leading Finance, ERP, or Enterprise Applications functions.
• Deep expertise in Workday Financials, including implementation, transformation, and operational leadership.
• Proven experience leading enterprise application portfolios and large-scale technology delivery programs within a $1B+ global organization.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Accounts Payable, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Asset Accounting, Payroll, and Planning & Forecasting.
• Demonstrated success partnering with Finance executives and business stakeholders to deliver technology strategies and business outcomes.
• Proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing global teams, including managers, engineers, architects, and application delivery professionals.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and complex technology initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change leadership skills.
• Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, audit, and governance requirements within enterprise systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, Oracle EPBCS, or other leading finance technology platforms.
• Prior ownership of a global Finance and/or Legal enterprise applications portfolio.
• Experience driving enterprise application modernization, transformation, or platform consolidation initiatives.
• Workday Financials certifications or implementation credentials.
• Experience within a SaaS, technology, or other fast-paced global enterprise environment.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
