Role Description
As Senior Controller EMEA, you will act as Finance Business Partner for the Local Business Units within the EMEA Region. Drive the Performance Management process in EMEA. Ensure high data quality and reliability for the Rolling Forecast and the monthly Management reporting.

Analyze financial data to support decision-making, ensuring senior management can make informed decisions based on accurate financial information

Drive the monthly Performance Management Process within EMEA region

Ensure high data quality for the monthly Rolling Forecast and in monthly Management reporting

Support Project Controlling for the execution projects and help standardizing processes and reports

Lead improvement projects within Finance organization across the EMEA region (e.g. implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud for Rolling Forecast and Project Performance Management)

Closely collaborate with VP Finance EMEA in day-to-day business and support in preparing Top Management reviews for EMEA

Liaison with other departments, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to develop and implement business strategies as well as challenge business performance and perform gap analysis

Implement and monitor internal controls across the EMEA region to ensure the accuracy and integrity of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows as well as compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulations

Collaborate in the preparation of short, medium and long term business plan for the Organizational Unit

Promote regular interaction with the Local Business Units to monitor and measure the evolution of the main indicators of the activity and to challenge the performance of the business

Keep up with developments in the sector and be updated with the evolution of trends and practices that impact the activity and the business

Collaborate in the identification of innovation proposals and improvement actions in terms of process optimization, directly or indirectly related to his/her area of intervention

Review FCM models with the Bidding Phase to ensure proper and accurate offer pricing
Qualifications

Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics or Finance

Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in similar positions

Proficiency in Financial analysis and management control

Experience in Project Controlling

Strong understanding of Accounting Legislation and Tax Rules

Experience with SAP is a must

Hands-on attitude and proactive problem-solving approach

Fluent in English
