Role Description
This role involves managing treasury operations and bank relations to ensure smooth financial transactions and cash management.

Manage daily communication with banks and ensure smooth execution of all financial transactions.

Process domestic and international payments (EFT, SWIFT, wire transfers) through banking systems.

Monitor bank fees, commissions, credit limits, and optimize banking costs where possible.

Monitor daily cash balances and ensure liquidity requirements are met.

Prepare and update short-term cash projections.

Track account movements and ensure timely execution of treasury activities.

Request issuance of new letters of guarantee from banks.

Track expiry dates and coordinate renewals, amendments, and closures.

Maintain accurate records of all active guarantees.
-
Follow up customer collections and ensure timely receipt of payments.

Coordinate with customers and internal teams for overdue receivables.

Improve collection discipline and reduce outstanding balances.

Support invoice and document processing when required.

Perform vendor/customer reconciliations and intercompany account checks.

Contribute to internal process improvements across finance operations.
Qualifications

7β8 years of experience in treasury, finance operations, banking, or cash management.

Solid experience in cash operations, bank transactions, guarantee letters, and collections.

Strong command of MS Office applications (advanced Excel skills preferred).

Good level of English (written and verbal).

Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
