Role Description

The Segment Finance Business Partner is a key member of Corporate FP&A, responsible for consolidating, forecasting, closing, and reporting financial results for a global revenue segment. This role serves as the primary finance partner to segment leadership, providing clear visibility into revenue performance, margin drivers, and outlook versus plan.

• Translates complex global data into actionable executive insights.
• Supports leadership decision-making through disciplined forecasting, variance analysis, and performance storytelling.
• Works closely with regional finance teams, commercial leaders, and Corporate FP&A.
• Supports executive and Board-level reporting in partnership with the Senior Manager – Business Finance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in financial forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
