Role Description
The Senior Analyst, Process Improvement – Finance is an important position that supports the delivery of organizational process excellence. This position reports directly to the BPD&I Senior Manager, Finance and serves as a partner by engaging with business stakeholders within the company to anticipate business needs and drive strong decision making through implementation of process improvements/best practices, continuous improvement, metrics, AI, and end-to-end process governance.
This position will be responsible for supporting aspects of the Finance process areas, which include:

Strengthening core financial analysis

Improving the accuracy and clarity of financial storytelling for finance stakeholders

Exhibiting strong project management skills

Qualifications
-
4+ years of accounting or finance experience required along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar OR Master’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or 8 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree

Proven ability to influence and collaborate at the highest levels of corporate management

Experience with continuous improvement and project management – Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP a plus

Experience supporting organizational change – including large scale transformation initiatives

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service

Demonstrated financial analysis strength

Experience within a Center of Excellence environment a plus

Excellent oral and written communication is mandatory
Requirements

Advanced Degree and/or CPA a plus

Base salary in the range of $81,400.00 - $122,000.00
