[Hiring] Senior Analyst, ERP Finance @Providence

Role Description

Providence is seeking multiple full-time Senior Analysts, ERP Finance to utilize a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts related to Finance and ERP systems to provide solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems.

• Lead medium project and work teams.
• Work on a number of complex business applications.
• Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and devices.
• Modify procedures to process data and solve problems.
• Review schedules, cost, and documentation to ensure success of projects.
• Mentor and assist others in support of applications, projects, and goals.
• Interact with users to determine appropriate requirements of complex systems.
• Employee has the option to telecommute full-time from any state in which Providence has offices (AK, WA, OR, CA, NM, TX, MT).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or closely related field.
• 5 years of experience in application design, implementation and/or maintenance of finance modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Projects, Grants) in one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Oracle Cloud suite, Oracle EBS, Peoplesoft.
• 2 years of experience executing medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
• 2 years of experience with Cloud ERP application configuration (Oracle Cloud - preferred), administration, report writing, and analytics skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle data import, data export, customizations, and extensions.
• Knowledge of hierarchies and dimensions, enterprise structures and offerings in Oracle cloud applications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud fast formulas or equivalent.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office products.
