[Hiring] Senior Analyst, Accounting @CVS Health

Role Description

The Senior Analyst, Accounting will support Signify Health revenue accounting, with primary responsibility for:

• Revenue
• Accounts receivable
• Intercompany activity
• Cash
• Multi-entity entries and transactions
• Flux analysis
• RCM/Claims-related processes

The role will execute and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; prepare accurate journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules; analyze financial results and variances; and maintain complete, audit-ready documentation.

The Senior Analyst will develop a strong understanding of end-to-end revenue and receivables processes, partner with Finance and business stakeholders to resolve issues, and identify opportunities to strengthen controls, improve processes, and support timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant accounting, revenue accounting, or finance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with financial close, journal entries, account reconciliations, or related accounting processes.
• 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, SQL, or similar accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis tools.
• Healthcare, technology, or related industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain accounting issues and financial results to cross-functional stakeholders.
