Role Description

Day to day, you’ll…

• Download and complete client tax returns through a virtual platform
• Communicate with clients through a variety of mediums, including secure message and telephone
• Analyze tax information provided by clients and deliver a timely and high-quality client experience
• Demonstrate tax expertise by completing accurate returns and dedication to impeccable client service by providing timely and helpful responses to client inquiries
• Research complex federal and state tax issues to ensure client’s tax returns are accurate and complete before filing
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
• 3-5 years minimum work experience preparing income tax returns

Requirements

• Enrolled Agent or CPA (preferred)

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $62,800.00 - $94,200.00/Yr.
