Role Description
As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will assist with our first financial statement audit and build the technical accounting foundation for our next stage of growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who has managed Big 4 financial audits before and can own the process end to end.
We are looking for someone to lead core accounting activities and help maintain accurate, timely financial reporting. This role will oversee key close processes, ensure balance sheet integrity, and support day-to-day accounting operations with a strong command of reconciliations and ledger management. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach, sound technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to improve consistency across essential financial workflows.

Assist the Controller for the external audit, managing auditor requests, PBC lists and timelines independently.

Technical accounting
-
Own or assist the Controller in putting together memos for revenue recognition under ASC 606, including contract review, policy memos and judgment areas.

Improve close processes, policies and systems as the company scales.
-
Team and coverage
-
Own payroll end to end in Rippling, including payroll processing, reconciliations, journal entries, tax filings and compliance.
