Role Description

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. Provides accounting support to the Director and Manager of Accounting. This includes:

• Maintaining the general accounting system
• Preparing the financial statements and budgets for the Hospital and other subsidiaries
• Completing other tasks as determined

Position Specifics:

• Department: Finance
• Core Function: Corporate Services
• Schedule: Full Time, 40 hrs/wk
• Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY
• Compensation that aligns with your experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required
• 5 years' experience in Accounting, Finance or related field is required
• Experience working in a health care organization is preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate is preferred
