[Hiring] SAP Royalty Accounting @SGF Global

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Royalty Accounting Specialist to join a dynamic team in the tech industry. In this role, you will contribute to leading the design of Royalty Accounting in SAP S/4HANA, including configuration, integration, and process alignment.

• Lead the Royalty Accounting design in SAP S/4HANA, including configuration of Settlement Management (contracts, conditions, settlement documents, accruals).
• Prepare for and facilitate workshops, including agenda creation, current vs. future analysis, and decision logging.
• Gather and document requirements from finance stakeholders on royalty calculation, accrual, settlement, and posting to the GL.
• Define integration points between Settlement Management, FI/CO, and SD/MM where relevant.
• Analyze existing Oracle royalty processes and map them to SAP standard functionality, identifying gaps and RICEFW needs.
• Produce design artifacts: process flows, functional specifications, and action item trackers.
• Work with R2R, O2C, and Data/Integration workstreams to keep design decisions aligned.
• Support test scenario design, UAT, and cutover planning for royalty processes in later phases.
• Efficiently use client SME's time by preparing in advance and escalating blockers early.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and Settlement Management configuration.
• Strong understanding of finance processes related to royalty accounting.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and document requirements.
• Experience with Oracle processes and mapping to SAP functionality.

Requirements

• Experience with RICEFW in SAP environments.
• Knowledge of integration points between SAP modules.
