[Hiring] PTP Accountant @Hitachi

Role Description

In this role you will be responsible for entering documents into the accounting system. You will be responsible for:

• Recording employee expense reports, business trip expenses, and invoices.
• Processing formal and accounting validation of documents necessary for the accounting process.
• Verifying various documents from accounting and tax view.
• Supporting the monthly closing activities.
• Reviewing, booking, and reconciling credit card statements.
• Preparing information and statements in the area of accounting as well as data for internal and external audits.
• Performing any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires.

Qualifications

• Administration, accounting or economics degree.
• 3-4 years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in shared service organization.
• Knowledge of the Polish accounting and tax regulations.
• Knowledge of the basics of German, Swiss, Portuguese or Spanish accounting and tax regulations would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the basics of German, Swiss, Portuguese or Spanish language would be an advantage.
• English written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to take initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-suite.
• Both teamwork and individual work skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Maintain a high level of cooperation and good relations with all employees.
• Able to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
• Ability to maintain a professional, courteous demeanor in challenging circumstances.
• Knowledge of Oracle system would be an advantage.
