Role Description

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and business-minded Project Coordinator – Finance to oversee the financial performance of multiple projects across the organization. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, monitoring financial performance, preparing Profit & Loss statements, tracking business expenses, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

• Manage project-wise budgets and financial planning.
• Monitor revenue, operational expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare and maintain monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Track project financial performance and budget utilization.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries for leadership.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial discipline.
• Support forecasting, annual budgeting, and business planning.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and reporting standards.
• Support leadership with financial insights that enable better business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may also apply.
• Basic understanding of business finance and project accounting.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Exposure to Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or financial dashboards is a plus.
• Interest in AI-powered finance and business automation.
