Role Description

We don't just send out purchase orders—we make sure every dollar is tracked, every invoice aligns perfectly, and complex project budgets remain flawlessly balanced.

• Protecting the Bottom Line: Act as the financial gatekeeper, using a robust accounting background to flawlessly track 100+ line-item budgets, manage expense tracking, and monitor accounts payable and receivable for large-scale projects.
• Securing Profitable Terms: Drive the pre-invoicing phase by aggressively managing RFQs, extracting precise vendor pricing, and translating quotes into ironclad, mathematically perfect purchase orders.
• Mastering the Logistics Puzzle: Keep tight construction timelines intact and prevent budget overruns by proactively tracking global production schedules, freight costs, and international shipping durations.
• Eliminating Financial Blind Spots: Step in as the highly organized right hand to the studio owner, taking ownership of QuickBooks invoicing and advanced Excel cost reports.

Qualifications

• A Bookkeeper by Trade: Proven background in accounting and bookkeeping, understanding the financial impact of complex purchasing workflows.
• The Ultimate Organizer: Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly structured, with a focus on financial accuracy.
• A Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipates needs before they become emergencies, clarifying pricing with vendor representatives or tracking down delayed shipments.
