[Hiring] Private Equity Sourcing Intern @Mirante Partners

Role Description

As a Private Equity Deal Sourcing Intern at Mirante Partners, you will assist the team in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities. You will work closely with our investment team to source and analyze potential deals, with exposure to the entire LMM private equity sourcing process. This is a part-time role tailored for students in their Fall and Spring semesters, with option to convert to a full-time internship in the summer.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and map industries to identify high potential acquisition targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support deal sourcing activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts and potential partners.
• Manage early-stage communications and track pipeline interactions.
• Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with the investment team to assess the viability of potential deals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or interest in sales, finance, consulting, or startups is a plus
