Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on collections experience supporting US-based clients
• Proven experience managing collections for US businesses, with strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and payment follow-up procedures
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Confidence and professionalism in communicating with brokers and external business partners via phone

Requirements

• Transcribe, create, and send customer invoices promptly and accurately
• Communicate with brokers via phone and email to verify and establish accurate payment arrangements
• Follow up with brokers on overdue payments and coordinate timely collections
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of invoices, payment follow-ups, and transaction histories
• Ensure strict compliance with established financial processes, policies, and procedures
