Role Description
The Manager, Senior Portfolio Consultant II plays a critical role in overseeing the Portfolio Consulting department within markets, managing a team of direct reports, and ensuring the effective management of investment portfolios. Responsibilities include:

Leading strategic initiatives and resolving bottlenecks.

Analyzing team reporting and managing day-to-day workflow.

Communicating progress to leadership.

Overseeing resource allocation within the division.

Mentoring Portfolio Consultants.
-
Contributing to the growth and excellence of investment management services.
Qualifications
-
Bachelorβs degree required; CFP, CFA or advanced degree a plus.

Series 65 required.
-
Minimum 4-10 years of related experience in financial services preferred.

Experience leading and managing a team of direct reports.
-
Working knowledge of Orion and Morningstar preferred.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel required, including advanced data analytics.

Strong problem-solving experience and skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly collaborative approach.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Requirements

Daytime and evening hours as needed.

Estimate 5% - 10% travel.
