Role Description

The Manager, Revenue Integrity is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of Revenue Integrity functions, including:

• Charge capture
• Charge reconciliation
• Chargemaster maintenance
• Charging compliance
• Denial prevention and resolution
• Revenue Guardian activities
• Epic charging workflows

This position oversees Revenue Integrity staff and operational workflows to ensure:

• Accurate, compliant, and timely charge generation
• Billing readiness
• Reimbursement optimization
• Revenue protection across the health system

The Manager partners closely with:

• Clinical Operations
• Patient Financial Services
• Coding
• Compliance
• Finance
• Managed Care
• Information Services
• Department leaders

to implement operational and regulatory changes, resolve charging issues, minimize revenue leakage, and support organizational revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced degree may be desirable
• 5 years of relevant experience required
• 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred
