[Hiring] Management Accountant @Reincubate

Role Description

We're looking for a Management Accountant to work as part of our growing, fully-remote, and friendly team on the success of Camo, our app that helps people get incredible results with video.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in bookkeeping or management accounting who wants to grow with a company where their work directly supports fast-paced decision-making and company strategy.

You will:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including reconciliations, AP/AR and journal entries
• Maintain and improve financial processes and controls
• Assist with VAT returns, payroll support, and HMRC filings
• Work closely with our leadership team to provide timely financial insights
• Help implement and optimise tools and systems
• Support additional administrative, legal, and operational activity, as required

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a finance/accounting role
• A full or part-completed accounting qualification
• Book-keeping experience at least equivalent to AAT/IAB/ICB level
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
• Good working knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting software (e.g. Xero)
• Happy to take the initiative, anticipate needs, and don't wait to be told what to do — you move fast and get things done
