[Hiring] Managed Bill Pay Senior Analyst @TELESOFT LLC DBA CALERO

Role Description

The primary responsibility of the Managed Bill Pay Senior Analyst is to assist the Team Leads to ensure that all payments are processed on time. Preferred hours: 9-5pm EST (with some flexibility).

• Investigate payment issues, applying corrective actions when necessary, using a variety of payment methods and interfaces.
• Work closely with all stakeholders involved in the invoice lifecycle and the Managed Bill Pay (MBP) team to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals for assigned customers.
• Prioritize and complete tasks in cooperation with the Managed Bill Pay Manager, ensuring timely resolution of all assignments.
• Manage daily payment operations to consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Address Zendesk tickets, providing clear and effective solutions.
• Reprocess all outstanding payments processed in house.
• Maintain prefunding balances in the hub.
• Take on additional projects and duties as needed to support the team and business objectives.
• Represent the MBP department professionally in all communications with vendors, payment processors, and Account Management teams.
• Fill in for other Sr. Analysts when necessary.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics or IT preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel (ability to do V-look up’s, pivot tables etc.).
• Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
• Focused and results-oriented.

• The salary range for this position is $22 - $24/hr.
