[Hiring] Lead Analyst-Net Revenue @Ascension

Role Description

This role involves performing calculations and analysis of accounts receivable valuation and net revenue reporting, including coordination of audits and monitoring of regulation changes.

• Assist the manager and director with budgeting and modeling net patient service revenue.
• Complete monthly reconciliations and net revenue variance analysis.
• Review supporting schedules and assist in preparation of financial statements.
• Analyze regulations and calculate financial impact of changes in reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Requirements

• 5 years' hospital/healthcare experience within Net Revenue/Patient Accounts Receivable.
• 3 years' experience with Kodiak/Crowe Revenue Cycle Analytics.
