[Hiring] Junior Finance Executive @Nuclei

Role Description

At Nuclei, we’re building a workplace where ownership, curiosity, and growth are at the core of everything we do. As a Junior Finance Executive, you won’t just manage numbers, you’ll play a key role in building a strong financial backbone that enables us to scale confidently and sustainably.

What you’ll own:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining business finance reconciliations and reports across products.
• Track receivables and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve payment-related queries.
• Support the calculation and tracking of revenue, commissions, and marketing expenses based on reconciliation data.
• Maintain and update Excel trackers and financial records to ensure accuracy and visibility of financial data.
• Work with internal teams to identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
• Help monitor payment and settlement processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners for documentation, payment confirmations, and financial updates.
• Assist in improving reporting formats and processes for better efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience with Zoho Books (or similar accounting software)
• Strong communication skills.
• A self-starter mindset—hunger to learn, experiment, and take ownership beyond the obvious
• Someone who’s comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
