[Hiring] Junior Accountant/Admin @Metasource

Role Description

We're looking for ambitious young accountants with strong English skills who are eager to learn and grow beyond traditional accounting. If you have 1-3 years of experience, enjoy working with international teams, and want diverse exposure to accounting, tax, payroll - this role is for you! You don't need to be a seasoned accountant - we value your willingness to learn, good English communication, and positive attitude more than years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years experience in accounting or Assistant
• Tax/audit firm experience is a PLUS (but not required)
• Good English - able to write emails and communicate with international clients
• Proficient in Excel
• Understanding of Thai tax law and accounting standards
• Eager to learn and willing to support HR/admin tasks

Requirements

• Handle bookkeeping, general ledger, and month-end closing
• Prepare financial reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
• Coordinate tax filings (VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax) - work with tax agencies when needed
• Manage bank reconciliations and expense tracking
• Support external audits and liaise with auditors
• Process payroll for employees
• Handle social security and personal income tax calculations
• Maintain employee records and benefits administration
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new contract preparation, contract renewals, and offboarding
• Assist with compliance matters
• General office administration
