[Hiring] IT Finance & Controlling Specialist @Plansee Group

Role Description

• Develop and maintain annual IT benchmark analyses and IT productivity dashboards in collaboration with key stakeholders to provide actionable performance insights.
• Define and drive Cloud Cost Management frameworks, processes, and KPIs to ensure cost transparency.
• Act as a backup for the annual IT budgeting process, monthly financial reporting, and IT cost allocation activities.
• Collaborate closely with the IT Management Team to support strategic planning, performance management, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• First professional experience in controlling, ideally in an IT environment, with a strong affinity for IT and digital technologies being essential.
• Good SAP expertise, preferably SAP CO, SAP FI incl. SAP FI-AA and SAP BusinessObjects.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint and confident handling of large amounts of data.
• Experience in cloud cost management / FinOps is an advantage.
• Fluent German and English skills required.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, independent and structured way of working and good communication skills.
