Role Description

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of experience in health insurance.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of the trends from the sector, pricing/repricing business decisions, and market practices.
• Combination of a quantitative background (statistics, actuarial sciences) with experience in insurance products and business.
• Able to navigate and synthesize technical, data, business, and legal questions related to insurance.
• Builder mindset, continuously identifying opportunities to scale and optimize processes and systems.
• Willing to deeply change the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge the status quo.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish or willing to learn Spanish (preferred).
• Experience coordinating with teams based in another country (preferred).
• Connections and a deep understanding of the Spanish health insurance market (preferred).
