[Hiring] Home-Based ProBooks Accounting Specialist @DCX

Role Description

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for accuracy? DCX is seeking a Home-Based ProBooks Accounting Specialist to support a U.S.-based partner by managing invoice processing, payments, and account reconciliation. In this role, you will play a key part in day-to-day financial operations, vendor coordination, and financial reporting. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your responsibilities, contribute meaningfully to partner success, and grow your accounting career in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Requirements

• Effectively manages multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
• Maintains a high level of accuracy in all financial records and reports.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Identifies discrepancies and resolves financial issues efficiently.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and general ledger functions.
• Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools.
• In-depth knowledge of accounts payable processes, account reconciliation, and accounting standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus but not required.
