[Hiring] Home-Based Accounting & HR Compliance Specialist @DCX

Role Description

As a DCX Client Services Home-Based Accounting & HR Compliance Specialist, you will oversee invoice processing and payment. You will be responsible for managing vendor relations, keeping an up-to-date vendor database, and relevant AP reporting. Day to day, you will be making significant contributions to our partner’s operations and will get the opportunity to enlarge your scope and shape your career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting operations, bookkeeping, or HR administration
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and HRIS platforms (experience with iSolved is a plus)
• Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software
• In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation
• Understanding of US payroll compliance and employment regulations preferred
• Experience in retail or multi-location businesses is a plus

• Salary Range: Php 50,000- Php 55,000
