Role Description

As an Automation and Analytics Managing Consultant, you will be a member of our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management practice and part of a team responsible for solving the most complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups.

• Lead high impact healthcare projects
• Strategically align resources and timelines to drive results
• Ensure successful outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of prior relevant consulting or consulting-like experience
• Prior project management experience
• Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies
• Experience performing diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks
• Ability to demonstrate an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel
• Ability to travel 75% or more

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health-related field (preferred)
• Master's degree from accredited university in business or health-related field (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Track record of strong client service
• Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
• Financial modeling/planning skills a plus
