[Hiring] Head of Finance @Vend Park

Role Description

We're hiring a Head of Finance to help scale some of the most critical infrastructure we're building. Until now, our finance function has been founder-led. It has been gritty, hands-on, and successful. Now, we are looking for a partner to take the baton and turn that grit into a scalable, high-velocity machine.

This is not a role for someone who wants to hide behind a spreadsheet. This is a role for a builder who will be the guardian of our unit economics, the voice of reason in the boardroom, and the architect of the infrastructure that allows us to scale from Series A onwards.

Requirements

• You are the Guardian of Trust: Own the "Payment to Owners" process.
• You are a Builder of Infrastructure: Lead the transition of our banking relationships.
• You are a Strategic Storyteller: Own Board preparation and translate raw financials into insights.
• You will project-manage the migration of our banking infrastructure to Stripe.
• You will implement rigorous approval workflows for AP/AR.
• You will personally oversee and verify payments to owners.
• You will manage the team responsible for delivering reports to clients.
• You will work directly with Engineering to push forward product requirements.
• You will manage, mentor, and grow the Billing and Reporting teams.
