Role Description

Own FP&A for a $150M private equity–backed company on track to reach $250M within the next twelve months — with direct access to the CFO, Executive Management, and the PE investors driving that growth. This is a rare chance to take a well-oiled machine with a strong, collaborative team to the next level.

The FP&A Senior Manager will be a highly hands-on leader responsible for driving financial insights, improving reporting, and supporting key business decisions. The role has no direct reports today — but it's built to grow. As the company scales toward $250M and beyond, we expect this role's scope to expand, with the opportunity to build and lead a team over time.

The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills, a deep analytical mindset, and the ability to partner effectively across the organization. Success requires quickly learning the business, understanding operational drivers, and delivering accurate, timely financial insights.

The business utilizes percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, so experience in a project-based, multi-branch service environment and familiarity with work-in-process (WIP) schedules is preferred.

This is a high-visibility role that works closely with the CFO (direct manager), Controller, General Managers, Operations leadership, Service Director, and other executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• Minimum six years of FP&A experience, including at least three years in a project-based, multi-branch service business as an FP&A lead
• While this is an FP&A-focused role, a strong accounting foundation is required
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Strong PowerPoint skills
