Role Description

The FP&A and Cash Manager for Western Europe and Francophone Africa (VEGA Zone) plays a pivotal role in supporting the Zone’s strategic ambitions by leading robust financial planning and performance management processes. Reporting directly to the Zone CFO, this role drives informed decision-making by delivering timely insights and business recommendations. The manager will lead a team of Product Finance and FP&A Analysts, coordinate Cash Leaders across LCTs, and collaborate with both Zone and International cross-functional stakeholders.

Location: This role can be performed from any country within the EMEA region. The final work location will be the successful candidate’s current country or another mutually agreed location within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of GE Healthcare’s financial, commercial, and service operating models.
• Proven ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial statement interpretation.
• Advanced skills in cost/profit analysis and strategic scenario modeling.
• Familiarity with financial risk assessment and market synthesis techniques.
• High proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data consolidation.
• Experience with Power BI and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
