Role Description
The Financial Specialist will provide telephonic financial guidance and resources to a diverse population of clients on a variety of issues. Telephonically act as an advisor/consultant providing financial resource guidance, resources, and information to clients on a variety of issues including budgeting, debt management, taxes, and retirement planning.

Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, research, and follow-up on client questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Analyzing financial information/resources and providing clients with financial strategies.

Work independently on tasks with the ability to foster a team environment in the sharing of knowledge and resources.

Participate or lead other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting Required

Current CPA, CFP or other finance certification/licensure preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on customer service

Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
Requirements

Must have high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise

Ability to be on camera when attending work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events

Must be able to sit or stand at desk for prolonged periods of time while working on a computer

The salary range for this position is 40,000-50,000 (USD). The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
