[Hiring] Financial Systems Support Analyst @Nexfeld

Role Description

Modaxo is seeking a Financial Systems Support Analyst with hands-on NetSuite experience. The role involves supporting users in the use of our different financial systems, notably NetSuite, our ERP system, and Emburse, our Travel reimbursement system. The role also involves supporting improvements and implementations of both systems.

This remote position is open to candidates based in Portugal, Poland, or the UK, requiring occasional travel across the EMEA region, typically once per quarter.

Job Description

• NetSuite
  • Provide support to NetSuite Users across Europe via a Ticketing system.
  • Aim to have all our Businesses Live on NetSuite by the end of 2026.
  • Support includes:
    • Systems Administration
      • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
      • Configure system preferences, settings, and customisations.
      • Monitor and support key system modules.
      • Escalate complex cases to NetSuite Support or Macrofin.
      • Manage and maintain third-party SuiteApps.
    • User Support
      • Provide ongoing support to system users.
      • Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
      • Collate user feedback for system improvements.
    • Configuration & Customisation
      • Customise forms, fields, records, workflows, and reports.
      • Implement and maintain integrations with third-party applications.
      • Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
    • Data Management
      • Undertake data imports, exports, and migrations.
      • Troubleshoot data-related issues and perform data cleansing.
      • Adhere to governance policy procedures.
    • Continuous Improvement
      • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
      • Stay informed on new features and best practices.
    • Implementations and Project Support
      • Assist in NetSuite implementation projects.
      • Collaborate with implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
      • Prepare system documentation and training materials.
• Emburse – Travel Reimbursement System
  • Become an expert in Emburse Travel Reimbursement.
  • Manage the relationship with our Customer Services Partner at Emburse.
  • Set up new legal entities on Emburse.
  • Understand VAT methods used across Europe within Emburse.
  • Maintain integration processes between Emburse, GP, and NetSuite.
  • Monitor usage and charges for the system.
  • Update Group approval levels.
  • Control the Workday integration to NetSuite.

  • Potential to work on other system implementations and integrations for Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience of performing first and second level support to users of a Financial ERP system (NetSuite experience is essential).
• Knowledge of a reimbursement system (Emburse experience desirable).
• Strong organizational skills.
• High computer literacy, particularly with accounting and management software.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to build trust relationships with Finance and IT teams.
