[Hiring] Financial Specialist @Enjoy Gaming LLC

Role Description

We are looking for a Financial Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations. You will work closely with HR and Operations to ensure accurate payroll, reporting, and financial processes.

What goals will you have?

• Close cooperation with Operations and HR departments to ensure accurate payroll calculation and reporting; consulting colleagues on various payroll-related questions.
• Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, maintaining accounting records of salary, employee-related costs, and other expenses.
• Monitoring of cash balances and payment schedules, initiation of wire payments.
• Support during the audits and liaising with external service providers across different jurisdictions.
• Assistance with revenue-related activities, including calculations, issuing sales invoices, and supporting revenue reconciliations.
• Assistance with ad-hoc finance duties as required.

Qualifications

• Relevant working experience in finance or accounting – no less than 1 year.
• Confident knowledge in Accounting and Financial reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel / MS Office.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level, both spoken and written.
• Ability to learn quickly and work within deadlines in a challenging environment.
• Confidentiality and attention to detail in handling sensitive financial information.

Requirements

• Knowledge of 1C accounting will be a plus.
